PRICING

All of our subscriptions come with unlimited map views.

You can use your own Google Maps API key, or use our key and pay us US$0.01 per map view. We recommend you getting your own key because each key comes with a US$200 monthly credit from Google. This equates to more than 20,000 map views each month which should be enough for more than 99% of businesses. Creating a key is free and it only takes a couple of minutes (get your API key here).

To your own key, simply enter your Google Maps API key in your account settings section (find detailed instructions here)

If you don't want to set up your own Google Maps API key, that is perfectly fine. However, there will be an additional charge of US$0.01 per map view, and it will be billed at the end of each month. The reason for this charge is because Google Maps charges us for each map view, location search and geocoding. It is simply too big of a liability for us to take on.

When do I need to enter my payment details?

We offer an unlimited access 7-day free trial. At the end of the 7-day period, if you like to continue using our software, you would need to enter your credit card details. At this point, you will be charged a monthly fee and the accumulated map views to date.

What if I don't provide payment details?

After the free trial, if you don't like our map, no worries you don't need to do anything and the map link / embed code will be disabled automatically.

HOW TO IMPORT IMAGES & AUDIO FILES

To import images, simply:

  1. include an "image link" column in your dataset, or

  2. at the Preview Data stage, change the field type to "image URL"

Create image gallery with multiple images:

If you have multiple images for each location, include all the image links in the same cell separated by comma.

You can use 2 types of image links that would work:

  1. Public Image URL's - e.g. Getty images etc

  2. Imgur "direct link" - Upload your images to imgur.com and copy the "direct link" (IMPORTANT: only the "direct link" would work)

To embed audio files, please include an "audio" column/field in your dataset. Note: these audio links need to be publicly hosted.

WHY ARE LOCATIONS NOT GETTING MAPPED CORRECTLY

Please make sure you have an "address" or "location" data field/column. Our system will automatically detect any data field with the word "address" or "location" and use it to map your locations.

If you would like to use a different data field to map your locations you can always change it when you select which data fields to import. To change simply click on the menu button on the right (the "3 vertical dots") - see screenshot below.

Please note that our map builder and geocoding is based off Google Maps database so for the best mapping results, we recommend you using one of the two formats below:

  1. Google Maps address - this can be the full address, the "province, country" or just the "country"

  2. Coordinates - please show latitude and longitude in one cell as "lat, long" (e.g., 41.40338, 2.17403)

WHAT KIND OF CALL-TO-ACTION BUTTONS CAN I MAKE

If you want to add a custom call-to-action button to your map, you can:

  1. add under "3. Customise -> Call-to-action", or

  2. add a "call-to-action" column in your dataset.

In the Call-to-action column, you can add all kinds of links including:

  1. Airtable contact us forms

  2. Calendly links to book appointments

  3. Website links

  4. Stripe payment links

  5. Whatsapp chat links

  6. Instagram profile link

  7. Uber Eats / Grubhub / DoorDash links

You can include really any re-direct link you'd like, and these links would be automatically converted to a call-to-action button under each location!

We are always keen to hear from our users. So, if you have any questions or suggestions, or just want to say hi, please feel free to email us at anytime at nocodemapapp@gmail.com.
